Responsibilities
- Work on Problem Management: perform critical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve IT infrastructure incidents;
- Work on Capacity Management: analyze the overall capacity of on-premises and cloud environments;
- Ensure best-practice management for ITIL Problem Management and Capacity processes, participating in definitions with IT architecture teams, and guiding and developing policies that ensure environment governance;
- Participate in change management and problem management committees and carry out necessary changes in the environment;
- Ensure proper handling, recording, and resolution of requests related to on-premises or cloud environments;
- Ensure documentation of problem resolutions and capacity information necessary to maintain infrastructure system stability;
- Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes;
- Documentation: create and maintain technical documentation and infrastructure performance reports;
- Continuous Improvement: identify and implement improvements to IT infrastructure to increase efficiency and security, and produce post-mortems for critical incidents;
- Monitor metrics for Problem Management and Capacity Management processes;
- Provide support to the service provider for monitoring items and tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Elastic, and Kibana.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Basic English proficiency;
- IT certifications will be considered a plus;
- At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure in large enterprises;
- Proficiency in: Windows Server, Linux, Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Clustering, WSUS, Zabbix, Grafana, Elastic, Kibana, and on-premises environments;
- Experience with Public Cloud (Azure and AWS);
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking;
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, and Zadara);
- Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI);
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft solutions (AD, GPO, FS, DHCP, DNS, CAS, PS, ADFS, SCCM, RD Web Client);
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework;
- Familiarity with Citrix tools (NetScaler, VDA, VDI);
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and vulnerability management;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and ITIL.
