About the role
- Junior Einkäufer managing regional and national supplier relations and procurement processes. Conducting negotiations and improving purchasing strategies in a hybrid role based in Bad Kissingen, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined portfolio of regional and national suppliers
- Independently handle operational purchasing activities
- Conduct independent negotiations on terms and annual review meetings with suppliers
- Responsible for supplier analysis
- Prepare product-group analyses and evaluate relevant KPIs
- Responsible for purchasing projects within the onboarding process for new customers

Requirements
- Degree in business administration or completed commercial vocational training with relevant further training or subject-specific additional qualifications
- Several years of experience in purchasing/procurement
- Experience in food purchasing is a plus
