About the role
- International Payroll Associate managing timely payroll services for clients. Collaborating with clients and partners for accurate payroll delivery and resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day communication and delivery of timely, accurate and compliant payrolls
- Collaborate with clients for payroll approval
- Manage and deliver client payrolls against agreed schedules
- Resolve payroll queries by working with clients and partners
- Maintain accurate document libraries for clients
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of international payroll experience
- Proven experience in an administration position with client ‘facing’ responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Fluent in German, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish (not essential)
