- Knowledge of RPG (IV or Free), COBOL, or another procedural programming language
- Experience with relational databases, interfaces (REST, XML, JSON), and tools such as Postman or SoapUI
- Structured, quality-conscious and self-directed working style within a team, with a willingness to continue learning
