About the role

Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (under IFRS and OR)
- Group reporting and KPI monitoring
- Analysis of accounting data and preparation of financial reports
- Participation in the budgeting process and periodic forecasts
- Conducting budget vs. actual comparisons and variance analyses
- Supporting and critically reviewing project forecasts (project controlling)
- Providing business and financial advice to Business Unit leaders
- Preparing decision-making materials for projects and strategic initiatives
- Preparing for and participating in business review meetings
- Supporting M&A projects and other special topics
Requirements
- Higher degree in business administration (university or university of applied sciences) with a focus on controlling, or equivalent qualification
- At least five years of professional experience, including two years in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP modules FI, CO and PS
- Native German speaker, good knowledge of French and confident business-level English
