About the role
- Assistant HR and Accounting responsible for various HR and accounting tasks at Actemium. Engaging in employee support, contract creation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Support across the entire HR function, from recruiting to employee relations
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintenance and management of personnel files and HR databases
- Drafting employment contracts, references, agreements, and certificates
- Organizing and coordinating training, employee events, and gifts for special occasions
- Point of contact for employees, managers, and authorities on HR-related matters
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and maintaining HR systems
- Administration and upkeep of temporary staffing and client portals
- Supporting marketing activities (e.g., LinkedIn posts)
- Reviewing and processing vendor invoices
- Contributing to SOP management (creating, maintaining, and updating Standard Operating Procedures)
- Acting as team assistant cover
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or degree
- Work experience in HR and/or labor law is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office and open to new technologies
- SAP R/3 knowledge is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even with many tasks and tight deadlines
- Reliable, structured working style and a solid understanding of business processes
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
