Responsibilities
Manage executives' calendars and appointments;
Coordinate and plan travel arrangements;
Organize corporate events and site visits;
Assist with internal and external communications and contacts;
Greet and receive visitors;
Manage outstanding tasks and follow-ups;
Prepare, support, and follow up on meetings;
Review, organize, and dispatch documents;
Handle telephone calls (national and international);
Draft and document meeting minutes;
Prepare presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Requirements
Completed or in-progress degree in Executive Secretariat, Business Administration, or Public Relations;
Intermediate or advanced English (spoken and written);
Experience in administrative roles or as an Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant;
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
