Responsibilities
Overall responsibility: You are responsible for processing all posting transactions, managing dunning procedures, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Credit insurance: You work closely with our partners and coordinate regularly on current developments.
Account maintenance and balance confirmations: You are responsible for maintaining accounts and master data as well as preparing balance confirmations.
Communication: You serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners and proactively clarify outstanding or disputed receivables.
VAT-related requirements: You apply your in-depth knowledge of VAT regulations in receivables management.
Presentations and projects: You prepare department-specific presentations and actively lead subprojects to further develop financial processes.
Optimization opportunities: You develop concepts to increase efficiency in receivables management and actively contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
Commercial training: You have successfully completed commercial vocational training and possess relevant additional qualifications.
Strong professional expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of German tax law, financial accounting and/or accounts receivable accounting and are well familiar with the relevant processes.
Sense of responsibility: You work reliably, independently and pay close attention to detail.
Strong communication skills: You are a team player, have strong communication skills and present confidently — both in German and in English.
Software skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP S4/HANA.
