Responsibilities
- Responsibility for managing and further strengthening consolidated FP&A systems across VidaCura entities; in particular, strengthening KPI-based monthly control processes
- Reinforcement of the monthly review process for financial performance with the group's senior management; monitoring follow-up actions in case of deviations
- Responsible for regular and ad hoc management reporting to internal and key external stakeholders (advisory board, financial partners, auditors)
- Ownership of / key role in strategic finance projects; in particular, finance-related aspects of M&A transactions (Financial Due Diligence (FDD), post-merger integration (PMI) for financial aspects), and financing
- Organizing ESG controlling
Requirements
- Proven professional experience (5+ years) in responsible FP&A and finance management roles within Big Four audit firms, transaction advisory, private equity, or investment and portfolio management
- Experience in elderly care or healthcare is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and a drive to push forward value-creating projects
- Knowledge of integrated financial planning, FP&A processes, and due diligence toolkit
- Experience with FP&A and management reporting IT tools, particularly LucaNet, MS Office, Power BI
- Fluency in English and German is required
