Responsibilities
Responsible for a labor litigation caseload;
Drafting all pleadings and submissions for the caseload;
Representing the defendant/respondent;
Entering information into the firm’s and client’s systems;
Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines;
Other routine tasks related to the caseload;
Experience in the enforcement (execution) phase and with e-Social.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree (LL.B or equivalent); postgraduate education in the practice area is desirable;
Strong knowledge of labor procedure/process;
Prior experience in high-volume (massified) work environments, especially in the execution/enforcement phase;
Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
Advanced Excel proficiency;
Strong oral and written communication;
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
