Responsibilities
- Responsible for a labor litigation caseload;
- Drafting all pleadings and submissions for the caseload;
- Representing the defendant/respondent;
- Entering information into the firm’s and client’s systems;
- Monitoring case progress and procedural deadlines;
- Other routine tasks related to the caseload;
- Experience in the enforcement (execution) phase and with e-Social.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent); postgraduate education in the practice area is desirable;
- Strong knowledge of labor procedure/process;
- Prior experience in high-volume (massified) work environments, especially in the execution/enforcement phase;
- Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and urgent demands;
- Advanced Excel proficiency;
- Strong oral and written communication;
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
