Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements: gather, analyze and document business needs for AI applications
- Develop AI strategy and implementation: define functional requirements and collaborate with data scientists, engineers and developers to implement AI solutions
- Optimize processes: identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the user experience
- Validate AI models: work with technical teams to ensure AI models meet business requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Train and support users: assist end users in understanding AI-driven processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed; postgraduate or Master's in Business, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field
- Experience in AI, business analysis or functional consulting roles
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data analysis and cloud technologies
- Experience with Agile, Scrum or other project management methodologies
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, IBM Watson, Azure AI, TensorFlow, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to AI and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, AI Act)
- Advanced English
