Responsibilities
- Build, lead and inspire cross-functional Payment and Fraud teams, creating an environment where talent thrives and grows

- Co Develop and implement with Product team a comprehensive fraud prevention strategy that protects our community while maintaining a smooth user experience with the objective to introduce more automated and gradual responses to fraud
- Move beyond binary decision-making to create nuanced, risk-based approaches (risk scoring, identity verification, graduated responses)
- Lead payment strategy across 70+ countries and multiple payment methods, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization
- Evaluate and optimize existing payment methods based on conversion data and user behavior
- Explore and implement new payment technologies (wallets, pay-in/pay-out solutions, instant transfers)
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in payments and fraud prevention, with significant experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments
- 5+ years of people management experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of payment fraud, risk management, and fraud prevention and automation technologies
- Experience with international payments, multiple PSPs, and diverse payment methods
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
