Responsibilities
Responsibility for planning, coordinating and implementing our event and partner marketing activities
Central interface between Marketing, Sales and partners
Ensure that our initiatives are implemented effectively, professionally and with clear objectives
Coordinate marketing activities in close collaboration with our technology and sales partners
Plan, organize and actively execute our participation in industry trade shows, partner events, customer events and webinars
Responsible for event communications such as landing pages, invitations, mailings, reminders and follow-up actions
Post-event follow-up including participant management, lead handling and alignment with Sales for optimal follow-up
Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns (paid & owned media)
Contribute to the maintenance and further development of our websites (WordPress) and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn)
Coordinate graphics, illustrations and sales & marketing materials with external agencies
Requirements
Solid marketing education (HF/FH or equivalent further training with a focus on marketing/communications or event management)
Experience in planning and executing events and sponsorships
Experience with CMS tools (WordPress), CRM tools (HubSpot) and social media channels (LinkedIn)
Confident user of Microsoft 365
Strong graphic sense as well as talent for copywriting and storytelling
Interest in innovative IT topics and willingness to familiarize yourself with cloud and business-application topics
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages such as French/Italian are an advantage)
Professional manner when dealing with customers, partners and colleagues
