Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience
- Foundational Python knowledge or significant experience in Network Automation
- Proven experience with data analysis, specifically the ability to identify trends within complex datasets
- Experience or the ability to quickly gain proficiency in ticketing and notification systems such as vRepair, Remedy, UTP, and Echo
- Willingness to work a schedule that includes overlap with US day shift (specifically for weekly staff meetings and initial training)
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and adapt
