About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage structural Data projects within the Finance Department
- Support requirements mapping and scope refinement
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the expected quality
- Monitor metrics and costs, reporting progress and risks to leadership
- Drive backlog organization and prioritization, ensuring clarity of deliverables
- Act as a facilitator, promoting engagement and communication across teams
- Prepare executive presentations and status reports
- Support leadership in project visibility and stakeholder relations
- Mitigate risks, remove impediments, and strengthen cross-functional partnerships
- Maintain up-to-date and standardized project documentation
Requirements
- Experience in data engineering projects is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- PMP or Scrum certification preferred
- Ability to communicate technically with data and technology teams
