About the role
- Field Service Engineer ensuring assembly line operations for Videojet products. Responsible for installation, maintenance, and customer support within Venlo/Limburg region.
Responsibilities
- Nieuwe Videojet-oplossingen installeren en zorgen dat het soepel draait;
- Onderhoud, service en troubleshooting uitvoeren op locatie
- Nauwe samenwerking met sales om trials en demonstraties te ondersteunen
- Sterke klantrelaties onderhouden door je sterke communicatie skills en service mindset
- Serviceactiviteiten nauwkeurig registreren in onze IT-systemen
- Bijdragen aan commerciële resultaten door servicecontracten en aanvullende diensten te adviseren
Requirements
- 2 - 5 jaar Field Service-ervaring, op locatie of remote
- Ervaring in markeren/coderen, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbaar technisch domein (is een sterke plus)
- Oog voor kwaliteit en een bewezen trackrecord in het behalen van doelen
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands (harde eis) en Engels
- Rijbewijs B en bereidheid om dagelijks naar klanten in Nederland te reizen (harde eis)
- Bereidheid om voor training naar het buitenland te gaan
