Responsibilities
Lead efforts to bridge business needs with technological solutions
Provide advanced support and guidance to both business partners and development teams
Conduct technology discovery and in-depth process analysis
Define business requirements and guide teams to successful completion of strategic initiatives
Oversee complex projects and collaborate with multiple departments including R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and IT
Ensure effective communication between partners and management
Mentor less experienced team members and lead quality test planning efforts
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment communications
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
5-10 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA
Equivalent business experience, with extensive involvement in process analysis, process design and documentation
Involvement in complex large scale and high impact projects/platform implementations that add significant business value
Experience supporting end-to-end Idea to Market or Innovation-to-Launch processes, from ideation and product development through commercialization and operational readiness
Experience documenting complex workflows, business rules, and data dependencies that support product lifecycle management and stage-gate execution
Experience working with Oracle Fusion in support of product, supply chain, and financial processes; exposure to PLM or product data management concepts is a plus
Knowledge in multiple functional areas or be an expert in at least one of the following: Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, and corporate systems (HR, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Operations)
Demonstrate deep process knowledge of key end to end processes like Idea to Market
Ability to perform system and process analysis duties including flow charting and value stream mapping using process and software documentation tools
Has direct participation and experience with multiple software platform implementations
Ability to partner effectively with strategy innovations and R&D, Product Management, Engineering, Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercialization, Sales, and Finance
Strong background in process discovery and requirements definition for cross-functional initiatives that enable faster, more predictable product launches
Proven capability to lead UAT and business validation activities for solutions impacting multiple stakeholder groups with diverse needs
Ability to balance innovation, compliance, and operational scalability when defining and prioritizing system requirements
Prior experience with process improvement methodologies and tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Green/Black Belt, etc)
Understanding of data systems, databases, software development life cycle, and information and application architecture
Experience leading the development of UAT and QA testing plans and cases
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology
Project management skills a plus
