Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to bridge business needs with technological solutions
- Provide advanced support and guidance to both business partners and development teams

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- 5-10 years of progressively increasing responsibility as a BSA
- Equivalent business experience, with extensive involvement in process analysis, process design and documentation
- Involvement in complex large scale and high impact projects/platform implementations that add significant business value
- Experience supporting end-to-end Idea to Market or Innovation-to-Launch processes, from ideation and product development through commercialization and operational readiness
- Experience documenting complex workflows, business rules, and data dependencies that support product lifecycle management and stage-gate execution
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion in support of product, supply chain, and financial processes; exposure to PLM or product data management concepts is a plus
- Knowledge in multiple functional areas or be an expert in at least one of the following: Logistics, Product Lifecycle Management, and corporate systems (HR, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Operations)
- Demonstrate deep process knowledge of key end to end processes like Idea to Market
- Ability to perform system and process analysis duties including flow charting and value stream mapping using process and software documentation tools
- Has direct participation and experience with multiple software platform implementations
- Ability to partner effectively with strategy innovations and R&D, Product Management, Engineering, Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercialization, Sales, and Finance
- Strong background in process discovery and requirements definition for cross-functional initiatives that enable faster, more predictable product launches
- Proven capability to lead UAT and business validation activities for solutions impacting multiple stakeholder groups with diverse needs
- Ability to balance innovation, compliance, and operational scalability when defining and prioritizing system requirements
- Prior experience with process improvement methodologies and tools (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Green/Black Belt, etc)
- Understanding of data systems, databases, software development life cycle, and information and application architecture
- Experience leading the development of UAT and QA testing plans and cases
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology
- Project management skills a plus
