About the role
- Product Owner leading the development of GloboPop, a new video app by Globo. Collaborating with tech teams and stakeholders to enhance user experience and product growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Product Owner for the GloboPop product;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the team and the company;
- Work closely with Technology teams to define, refine, and track deliveries;
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, understanding business needs and translating them into clear requirements;
- Support the definition of the product roadmap, ensuring continuous product evolution;
- Monitor product metrics and success indicators, using data to support prioritization and decision-making;
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business areas, facilitating the development of efficient and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban;
- Experience with product and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar);
- Previous experience working as a Product Owner or Product Analyst;
- Experience managing a backlog and prioritizing requests in agile teams;
- Ability to translate business needs into user stories and clear requirements for engineering teams;
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product and technology teams;
- Ability to analyze product data and metrics to support prioritization decisions;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align multiple stakeholders.
