Account Manager managing brands in the marketplace for Veepee, a leader in event-driven sales. Collaborating closely with business developers to enhance product offerings and brand relations.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Commercial Team Lead and working closely with business developers, the Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of brands on the Brandsplace platform, ensuring the activation and optimization of the assortment (analysis, improvement levers and planning) in line with the revenue targets they are accountable for and the expected service level for the category.
Build trust-based relationships with brands through daily, close management: regular calls, meetings/visits, sharing KPIs, analysis and recommendations.
Analyze performance by brand and by category, and report KPIs to all relevant stakeholders.
Improve marketplace performance: plan and activate the assortment.
Work in full coordination with other roles within the marketplace team (brand support, business development, e-merchandiser, etc.), as well as other internal departments to ensure quality service to brands and an excellent member experience.
Requirements
Degree-level education (Master’s or equivalent from a business school or university). Ideally, you have at least two years’ experience on a marketplace, preferably in one of Veepee’s categories.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong ability to present and communicate.
Passionate, results-oriented while also focused on clients and brands; you are able to be innovative and creative in your commercial approach.
Good level of English, strong listening skills and a customer service mindset.

Proficiency in Excel is required for this role.
