Responsibilities
Work on a cross-functional scrum team
Collaborate directly with product owners, designers, developers, scrum leads and architects
Test, build and iterate on the latest products for clients
Build relationships and enhance technical expertise
Be a part of continuous improvement and innovation in engineering
Lead and coach other developers
Provides expert level IT technical lead services and direction for critical software, middleware, or hardware projects
Provides technical expertise and completes complex development, design, implementation, architecture design specification, and maintenance activities
Ensures the viability of IT deliverables
Recommends development options and approves team's technical deliverables
Conducts testing, including functionality, technical limitations, and security
Identifies potential solutions and approves technical solutions proposed by team members
Elevates complex technical issues to IT experts
Resolves technical problems discovered by testers and internal clients
Communicates with key stakeholders on project issues and implications
Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout product life cycle to identify issues
Requirements
Minimum of three years related work experience
At least one year of development experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Programming experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, NodeJS, Python, Java
Extensive Experience with UI Angular, React or Stencil
Experience with AWS e.g. Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, RDS, Aurora, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, API Gateway
Experience consuming and developing REST APIs, GraphQL
Experience with Observability tools like, Splunk, Honeycomb
Experience with Bitbucket, Bamboo (CI/CD pipeline), Git
Good understanding of client-side architecture, design patterns, data structures, dependency injection
