Responsibilities
- Manage business support services and fulfill administrative and fiscal requirements for the Department of Pediatrics
- Administrative management of budgetary planning
- Financial analysis, payroll, fiscal and administrative compliance, asset tracking
- Reconcile workforce reports and clinical payroll to ensure compliance with updated compensation
- Create and maintain detailed records of USF Pediatrics assets both on the USF and UMSA side,
- Partner with central offices in UMSA and USF such as Human Resources, Central Finance, Clinical Budgeting, Sponsored Research
- Perform any other duties necessary for the business operations of the Pediatrics Finance Office
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or other field directly related to the position's specific responsibilities and four years of professional business experience; or a Master's degree in the same fields and two years of experience.
- One or more years of experience in financial management for a university-related clinical practice
- Strong data analytics background
- high-level experience with Excel
- Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
