Responsibilities
- Leads the Workday COE team, providing strategic direction and oversight of platform operations
- Oversees Workday security administration, including role-based access and security group design
- Establishes and maintains Workday platform governance practices, including change management and documentation standards
- Provides oversight and strategic guidance for Workday testing and release readiness
- Ensures documentation of Workday business processes is accurate and audit-ready
- Drives delivery and optimization of Workday reporting and dashboards
- Identifies and drives initiatives to optimize HR processes
- Serves as a strategic advisor to HR leadership on Workday capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- 10 years of progressive experience in HR technology, HR Operations, or Workday administration
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM, including business process configuration, security administration, reporting, and operational support
- Experience leading Workday operations, governance, and/or platform support teams
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit practices, and compliance requirements related to HR systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, testing cycles, and structured release management processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills
