Responsibilities
Leads the Workday COE team, providing strategic direction and oversight of platform operations
Oversees Workday security administration, including role-based access and security group design
Establishes and maintains Workday platform governance practices, including change management and documentation standards
Provides oversight and strategic guidance for Workday testing and release readiness
Ensures documentation of Workday business processes is accurate and audit-ready
Drives delivery and optimization of Workday reporting and dashboards
Identifies and drives initiatives to optimize HR processes
Serves as a strategic advisor to HR leadership on Workday capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
10 years of progressive experience in HR technology, HR Operations, or Workday administration
Deep expertise in Workday HCM, including business process configuration, security administration, reporting, and operational support
Experience leading Workday operations, governance, and/or platform support teams
Strong understanding of internal controls, audit practices, and compliance requirements related to HR systems
Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, testing cycles, and structured release management processes
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive influencing skills
