About the role
- Controller with a focus on E-Commerce & purchasing at BLUME2000. Responsible for KPI reporting, budget, forecast, and business case development in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Independently prepare business cases, decision papers, and ad‑hoc analyses to steer the e‑commerce and retail business
- Manage operational and strategic corporate planning and forecasts in close coordination with responsible stakeholders
- Act as a sparring partner for management and specialist departments, providing advice on controlling‑related questions
- Monitor relevant control metrics and derive data‑driven recommendations for action
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards (e.g., in Power BI / MS Fabric)
Requirements
- Degree in economics, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling — alternatively a commercial apprenticeship plus 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Ideally experience in project work
- Digitally fit: MS Office is your toolbox; Power BI / MS Fabric are a plus
- Confident communication in German (at least C1 CEFR)
