About the role
- L2 Core Infrastructure Engineer supporting Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Responsibilities include L2 support, incident resolution, and monitoring services in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage On-Prem Active Directory
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in hybrid setup
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online
- Support Microsoft Teams
- Operate and troubleshoot File & Print services
- Support DNS and DHCP services
- Monitor infrastructure using SCOM
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Enterprise IT Infrastructure Operations
- PowerShell scripting for automation (preferred)
- Exposure to MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation certification or ITIL process knowledge (preferred)
- AZ-900 and AZ-104 Certified (preferred)
