Responsibilities
Provide guidance and carry out low-, medium- and high-complexity activities to develop programs focused on health promotion and disease prevention, monitoring and advising teams on program implementation, as well as leading and managing specific Health programs.
Conduct research to identify individuals at risk, performing studies and analyses aimed at preventing and reducing risks and costs to the organization.
Guide and develop instructional materials based on the content produced by the area, aiming to raise awareness and engagement among beneficiaries.
Provide support to validate technical materials and content, working with autonomy.
Provide support to the commercial area with indicators for client companies.
Manage the indicators involved in the different programs, collecting financial information, tracking work progress and results achieved, identifying deviations and actions to improve the programs.
Prepare and produce management reports, including analysis of providers and claims, examining and tracking metrics, highlighting relevant information and indicators shown in statistical reports, and producing management reports to support analysis and decision-making.
Provide support to the People Management, Corporate Health and Occupational Health areas, contributing to and assisting with related activities.
Provide technical support to Communications and Marketing for dissemination of content related to Quality of Life topics.
Prepare, produce and publish indicators for the WHO (OMS), meeting required standards and established deadlines.
Comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements, and applicable ANS regulations, as well as occupational health, hygiene and safety norms and procedures for the sector, including use of PPE/CPE (personal protective equipment/collective protective equipment) when activities require it.
Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by your immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and that they are in line with your knowledge and experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or other Health-related fields.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Office suite).
