- Billing Specialist responsible for processing healthcare invoices and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize billing and payment processes in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Controleren, verwerken en indienen van zorgdeclaraties
- Analyseren en oplossen van afgekeurde declaraties, foutmeldingen en afwijkingen
- Verwerken en beheren van facturatiegegevens in systemen (zoals GLIMS en andere zorgapplicaties)
- Controleren, corrigeren en aanvullen van cliënt-, verzekerings- en behandelgegevens
- Bewaken van de voortgang en volledigheid van declaratiestromen en dossiers
- Afstemmen met interne stakeholders zoals zorgprofessionals, administratie en finance
- Toepassen van geldende wet- en regelgeving (zoals Zvw, Wlz en/of DBC-systematiek)
- Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen
Requirements
- Je hebt minimaal MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur financieel, administratief of zorggericht)
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met complexe administratieve of financiële processen
- Pré: ervaring met zorgadministratie en systemen zoals GLIMS
- Pré: kennis van zorgdeclaraties en relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen
- Je kunt zelfstandig én in teamverband werken
- Je stelt prioriteiten, houdt overzicht en blijft rustig onder druk
- Je voelt je prettig in een dynamische werkomgeving met veel schakelmomenten
