- Business Analyst developing mobile banking solutions at Umpisa Inc. Collaborating with technology teams to enhance financial processes and document critical information with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop good understanding of the mobile banking processes and other financial-related processes
- Acquire deep knowledge of Product Management, Business Analysis and Agile
- Perform detailed requirements analysis, help create EPICs and User Stories
- Perform User Acceptance Test, help run Go / No Go release cadence
- Collaborate with Technology team to uncover areas for improvement and align on possible solutions
- Help monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
- Work closely with the Product Head; help define strategy to deliver the product roadmap
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Update and maintain Product Documentations such as process flows, best practices, team work flows
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance-related, management, or an MBA.
- An experience / knowledge in the banking industry, business analysis, or related field is an advantage
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Experience creating reports and public speaking
- An experience in Google applications including Google docs, Google Spreadsheet, Google Slide is an advantage
- An experience / knowledge in Jira and Confluence is an advantage
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects / engagement at school
