- Transports all specimens to the Laboratory.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of a Certificate program in phlebotomy, medical assistant or a hospital that trains phlebotomy techniques.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
