About the role

  • Community Manager responsible for engaging and moderating client social media platforms for GoSpooky. Crafting witty responses and nurturing online communities across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and moderate client brand pages across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook - responding to comments, DMs, and interactions in an on-brand voice
  • Craft witty, punny, and engaging replies that reflect each client's personality, while handling complaints and sensitive responses with professionalism
  • Monitor social media trends daily and flag relevant opportunities to the content and strategy team
  • Contribute to content strategy by sharing community-driven insights and translating audience behaviour into actionable recommendations
  • Maintain and update the Airtable content calendar, keeping it accurate, organised, and aligned with upcoming campaigns
  • Support creator outreach efforts, helping to identify, contact, and build relationships with relevant creators
  • Help nurture and grow the Speaky community, ensuring members feel engaged, valued, and connected
  • Assist with reporting and learnings, gathering data and insights that help measure performance and shape future strategy

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Enthusiastic user of TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts
  • Passionate about what happens on social today
  • Experienced in engaging with online communities on various platforms such as TikTok, but also Instagram, Facebook, YTS, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Up to date on current social media trends and can identify what fits our clients' tonality, objective, and audience
  • Keen eye for grammar and spelling, ensuring error-free communication on behalf of our clients
  • Good sense of humour without being offensive, and be comfortable creating witty replies and/or copies for our clients' social media pages
  • You can identify crises and alert the wider team immediately, working together to develop appropriate responses to the relevant audience
  • You can report on everything that is happening on the accounts to inform the wider team and client
  • You like working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment
