About the role
- Senior Specialist in AI Agents developing and evolving decision-making logic for autonomous AI agents. Focused on reliability, scalability, and business value with deep technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents with structured decision logic, tool usage, memory, and flow control
- Develop architectures based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for responses grounded in internal data
- Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, internal services, and external platforms
- Define prompt engineering strategies, evaluation processes, and continuous performance improvement for agents
- Structure data pipelines for indexing, embeddings, and vector search
- Contribute to defining architectural standards, code quality, and engineering best practices for AI solutions
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into agent-based solutions
- Provide technical support and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers, fostering the team's technical growth
Requirements
- Senior hands-on profile, capable of implementing agents' internal logic beyond the conversational layer
- Advanced proficiency in Python (preferred for AI) or Node.js/TypeScript
- Practical experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agno/PhiData, or CrewAI
- Experience with vector databases for semantic search
- Advanced expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques
- Experience integrating and tuning prompts for LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, as well as open-source models like Llama 3 and Mistral
- Experience with cloud AI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Service, or Google Vertex AI
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization with Docker
