Requirements
Degree or relevant vocational training with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting, and initial professional experience in controlling
Strong willingness to learn and interest in gaining expertise in healthcare-specific topics (prior knowledge is an advantage but not required)
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork; mutual support is a matter of course for you
Very precise and structured working style with a strong focus on attention to detail and the quality of numerical data
Strong service orientation and understanding of the controlling function as an internal partner for departments and management
Very good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
