About the role

  • Lead the Group’s internal control activities across central functions and overseas branches. Plan and perform control missions, coordinate with external providers, produce recommendations and reporting for management and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Group internal control framework
  • Plan, organize and carry out control missions for central functions
  • Lead the execution of the Internal Control plan for activities, notably through the implementation of dedicated tools
  • Coordinate certain control engagements with external providers (e.g., ISAE 3402)
  • Deploy and coordinate controls internationally
  • Adapt and implement the internal control framework in overseas branches
  • Coordinate implementation with local internal control teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and reporting
  • Issue recommendations and monitor their implementation
  • Participate in business workshops as part of the 2026 RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) campaign
  • Contribute to drafting reports for management and governance bodies

Requirements

  • You hold a Master’s degree (equivalent to French Master 2) in Banking, Finance, Audit or Control
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in internal control or audit (internal or external) with prior experience in the financial sector
  • Autonomous and rigorous, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level)
