- Technical Lead at Twelve guiding software engineering teams for scalable food & beverage solutions. Overseeing architecture, quality, and team development at the Amsterdam office.
Responsibilities
- Technische richting & architectuur
- Bepalen en bewaken van technische keuzes binnen het team
- Uitzetten en onderbouwen van architectuur richting, passend binnen Twelve’s bredere techstrategie
- Waarborgen van standaarden, patterns en best practices
- Afstemming met andere Technical Leads en de Head of Tech
- Kwaliteit & stabiliteit
- Bewaken van codekwaliteit, performance, security en onderhoudbaarheid
- Initiëren van refactors en structurele verbetertrajecten
- Signaleren en reduceren van technische schuld
- Samenwerken met QA om kwaliteit vanaf de start te borgen
- Coaching & engineering leadership
- Functioneel begeleiden en coachen van engineers binnen het team
- Bijdragen aan groei van Junior/ Medior engineers
- Uitvoeren van code reviews en stimuleren van kennisdeling
- Aanspreekpunt zijn bij complexe technische vraagstukken
- Product & delivery samenwerking
- Intensief samenwerken met de Product Owners
- Meedenken in planning, refinement en risico-inschatting
- Zorgen voor voorspelbare delivery en realistische scope
- Ondersteunen bij domeinoverschrijdende projecten
- Cross-team afstemming
- Samenwerken met andere Technical Leads
- Bijdragen aan architectuur- en platforminitiatieven
- Structurele technische risico’s escaleren richting Head of Tech
Requirements
- Ruime ervaring heeft als Senior Software Engineer of Lead Engineer
- Sterk is in architectuurontwerp , softwarekwaliteit en code-standaarden
- Engineers kan inspireren , aansturen en laten groeien
- Ervaring heeft met moderne front - en backend technische stack ( React en .NET ervaring een must)
- Technisch strategisch kan denken , zonder de operationele realiteit uit het oog te verliezen
- Zowel Nederlands als Engels beheerst.
