Requirements
- Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- 15+ years of broad, in-depth engineering experience, including implementation of new processes, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional environments
- Strong expertise in process control strategies and automation architectures
- Solid understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical expertise and strong curiosity
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
