Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and technical requirements
- Understand client needs
- Prepare the technical portion of proposals and provide technical support during meetings
- Carry out on-site surveys when necessary
- Perform measurements and quantity take-offs on site or from plans
- Prepare cost estimates using specialized software within required deadlines
- Submit offers to the Commercial Director for approval before sending to the client
- Initiate and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations in coordination with the purchasing department
- Create and update the civil engineering (GC) service catalogue
- Maintain ongoing monitoring of technological and pricing developments relevant to our clients
- Propose technical solutions to optimize site design and execution
- Support key account managers in analyzing clients' technical and contractual specifications
- Prepare and deliver all studies in compliance with internal processes, budgets, and deadlines
Requirements
- Ideally hold a higher education degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in engineering or business, with at least five years' experience
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD / CANECO / SEE Electrical would be an advantage
