- Campaign preparation : 50% - Latest campaign review & data analyse: SIS/LP/PDP/CR - Monthly campaign planning: campaign timeline, campaign asset proposal - Commercial & Wireframe review - Follow monthly campaign plan: ensure campaign timeline - Audit: ensure campaign wireframe / asset - Alert for any issue and propose & coordinator for solution - Product creation - Content proposal
- Campaign D-day : 30% - Final onsite production - Checking during campaign: CR/ Commercial performance - PD frame / thumbnail upload - Final check D-1& 0h - Checking during campaign and propose effective wireframe / asset / content (if any)
- Campaign review : 5% - Campaign MD report
- Monthly report : 5% - Client MD activities report: Campaign performance / CR / Commercial performance (data deep dive)
- Training: 5% - MD university training course: MD team & Internal
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience or understanding of design fields is a plus (e.g., layout, composition, color direction).
- Basic tools for campaign management (e.g. Google Suite, Asana).
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment.
