Responsibilities
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok.
Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.
Create and optimize TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.
Monitor and analyze TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimize results.
Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, trends, and algorithms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
