Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution.
Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products.
Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with campaign goals.
Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth.
Negotiate commission structures and special incentives to maximize affiliate engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to keep campaigns optimized.
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce sales events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11).
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
1–2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate tools and campaign mechanics.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of online sales funnels, performance marketing, and social media engagement.
Self-motivated and proactive with a problem-solving attitude.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
