About the role
- Accountant responsible for client financial management in our digital accounting system. Working with modern technology and flexible hours in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage our clients' accounting matters
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Maintain clients' monthly accounting records, including the digitalization of financial processes in our RZL accounting system
- Organize digital document transfer, professionally assess ongoing transactions and adjust digital workflows; receive and prepare clients' digital documents and import data (camt.053 bank files)
- Advise our clients on building their digital accounting systems.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training with a focus on accounting (apprenticeship / HAK / HLW / HBLA); accounting certification (WIFI or KSW Academy) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid knowledge of accounting software (ideally RZL)
- Proficient in MS Office; you are very familiar with *.xlsx, *.docx and *.msg file formats and enjoy working with them
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Independent and responsible working style
