Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic internal consultant and trusted advisor to Incentive Plan Designers, HR, Technology, and senior business leaders
  • Provide insight, guidance, and assurance on incentive metric and plan feasibility
  • Lead a team responsible for incentive data validation and user acceptance testing
  • Engage in high value consulting: translating complex incentive mechanics into clear insight
  • Influence plan metric/design decisions and enable confident leadership decision making
  • Manage and direct the execution of HR technology strategies and operational plans established by senior management
  • Manage the development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise HR information systems
  • Lead complex HR technology projects or programs across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure seamless HR technology operations
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
  • Analyze HR data and system performance to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging HR technologies
  • Guide and develop talent across multiple teams within the HR technology function
  • Ensure effective training and support for HRIS users
  • Drive change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgrades
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR technology or related fields
  • Proven management experience leading a team
  • Strong expertise in HR systems architecture, data governance, and software quality assurance
  • 10+ Years of experience in incentive compensation
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a consultative or advisory capacity
