Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic internal consultant and trusted advisor to Incentive Plan Designers, HR, Technology, and senior business leaders
Provide insight, guidance, and assurance on incentive metric and plan feasibility
Lead a team responsible for incentive data validation and user acceptance testing
Engage in high value consulting: translating complex incentive mechanics into clear insight
Influence plan metric/design decisions and enable confident leadership decision making
Manage and direct the execution of HR technology strategies and operational plans established by senior management
Manage the development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise HR information systems
Lead complex HR technology projects or programs across multiple platforms
Collaborate with IT, HR, and business leaders to ensure seamless HR technology operations
Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance
Analyze HR data and system performance to identify opportunities for process improvements
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging HR technologies
Guide and develop talent across multiple teams within the HR technology function
Ensure effective training and support for HRIS users
Drive change management initiatives related to HR technology implementations and upgrades
Monitor industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in HR technology or related fields
Proven management experience leading a team
Strong expertise in HR systems architecture, data governance, and software quality assurance
10+ Years of experience in incentive compensation
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a consultative or advisory capacity
