Responsibilities
Lead and mentor your team: manage performance and career development for a distributed team in Czechia and Austria, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous growth.• Run our security initiatives: Drive the execution of our risk-based security program, making data-informed decisions to prioritize the most impactful security controls.• Influence technical direction: shape our strategy and roadmap by identifying key risks and aligning security initiatives with business goals.• Organize the work: prioritize the team's workload, navigating the balance between long-term strategic initiatives, urgent operational tasks, and incident response.• Stay calm under pressure: Demonstrate resilience and clear technical judgement during security incidents, ensuring effective resolution under time constraints.• Partner with engineering: work across teams to make security a natural part of how we build software.• Bring structure: rely on project management skills to break down complex technical work into manageable tasks.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in software development, product security, or a related technical field.• 2+ years people management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise software environment.• Demonstrable leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to travel occasionally.
