Responsibilities
Define and lead the 2–3 year vision and strategy for Customer Growth
Own the subscription strategy end-to-end
Shape future consumer business models
Own a critical company-level strategic theme
Bring strong external perspective on market trends
Own outcomes across the full customer lifecycle
Drive growth through product experience and monetisation levers
Ensure product strategy connects to revenue and growth
Identify and scale new monetisation opportunities
Identify where AI/ML enhances the customer proposition
Partner with Data Science and ML teams for value unlocking
Own delivery for a large product area balancing impact with long-term initiatives
Translate strategy into clear roadmaps and execution plans
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers
Build a high-performing product organisation and shape product culture
Operate as a senior cross-functional leader
Requirements
Defined and scaled a step-change in customer engagement with a product or service
Proven experience at Director or strong Head of Product level in a consumer technology business
Experience evolving customer propositions or business models for durable relationships
Strong strategic capability with long-term product direction
Deep experience with subscription or premium propositions
Strong understanding of subscription success mechanics
Experience owning and scaling customer lifecycle performance
Strong commercial acumen
Proven influence over senior stakeholders and Execs
