About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and lead Track Titan's ML capability at a pivotal moment for AI direction
- Build the telemetry understanding layer and train models from racing telemetry
- Evolve coaching intelligence and introduce new approaches to problems
- Set the ML technical direction and establish reliable ML practices
- Lead and grow the ML team raising the bar on code quality and technical development
- Ship models that reach users balancing long-term work with near-term product impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience
- Meaningful time spent on self-supervised learning, representation learning, or sequence modelling
- Experience with modern sequence modelling, especially transformers on sequential data
- Strong embedding and retrieval intuitions
- Production ML experience
- Technical leadership experience or readiness for it
- A cross-domain thinker
- Excellent written communicator
- Motorsport passion or experience is a strong plus
- A research background (PhD or equivalent depth) is valued but not required
- Fluent with AI tools in daily workflow
