Responsibilities
- We are a development team dedicated to ensuring the quality of Investment back-office products through test automation and the creation of optimized internal solutions.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing automated tests to ensure the robustness of the systems that make up the full-banking platform focused on Investment products, coordinating with the rest of the team working across different infrastructure layers and ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Plan and develop products with a quality-first mindset and collaborate with cross-functional teams, following development best practices.
- Perform exploratory testing on developed features and automate product tests, consistently seeking best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Develop applications in Python according to the needs of our products.
- Design and implement automated tests.
- Use AI as an accelerator.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Be an active agent of change, bringing a quality mindset into the Product Squads.
- Experience with or knowledge of BDD and proficiency in Python.
- Proficient with GIT.
- Experience with programming best practices and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of continuous integration.
- A critical and curious profile is highly welcomed on our team.
