Responsibilities
Create and design digital and print assets for a variety of marketing and brand needs
Produce visual content including illustrations, simple animations, social-first assets and short-form videos
Support filming and editing of video content for social, performance and marketing channels
Maintain and update existing brand assets to ensure consistency, accuracy and quality
Work confidently with graphic design software and across multiple formats and media
Follow brand guidelines while delivering projects on time and to a high standard
Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Graphic Designer and wider marketing and social teams
Contribute fresh, creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorms and team discussions
Take on feedback constructively and implement revisions with strong attention to detail
Bring a positive, can-do attitude with a proactive, self-starter mindset and a willingness to learn
Requirements
A strong interest in graphic design, visual communication and brand storytelling
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Illustration skills and an understanding of layout, typography and composition
Familiarity with simple animation and motion principles (After Effects or similar is a plus)
An interest in video production, including filming and basic editing
Experience working with Microsoft Suite for presentations, documentation and collaboration
Understanding of social media formats and how content performs across platforms
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
A curious, creative mindset with an eagerness to develop new skills
