Responsibilities
Create on-brand digital design solutions aligned with campaign objectives and project requirements
Develop and optimize key art assets, layouts, and visual content for global marketing campaigns
Support creative production across multiple regions and lines of business
Execute mock-ups, creative decks, and localization adaptations while adhering to established brand guidelines
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and rush requests while ensuring consistent quality delivery
Maintain graphic templates and style guides according to brand and production standards
Deliver digital assets across platforms while ensuring proper file organization and version control
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, production teams, and QA specialists to ensure quality control and compliance
Participate in kickoff calls, status updates, and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment on guidelines and requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency within the design workflow
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Visual Designer / Graphic Designer in a creative agency or production environment
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
Online portfolio showcasing strong digital design work (mandatory)
Strong working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience using Figma for collaborative design workflows
Strong verbal and written English communication skills (candidates will be required to clear a Versant test)
Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across marketing, production, and QA teams
Strong attention to detail with ability to work on high-volume production tasks
Demonstrated ability to multitask, self-prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills in fast-paced environments
