Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and other channels
Assist in creating and managing marketing content, including posts, presentations, and sales collaterals
Work closely with Sales and Product teams and external partners to build effective communication channels, such as newsletters and customer forums
Track campaign performance against benchmarks and prepare reports with recommendations
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend analysis to better understand the main challenges and how to drive value
Actively contribute new ideas to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Take initiative on assigned projects and ensure end-to-end execution
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a marketing or related role
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics
Comfortable adopting and working with new technologies and marketing tools
Strong execution skills with a proactive, self-driven mindset
Creative thinking with the ability to propose and implement new ideas
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
