About the role
- Network Technician configuring and operating networking components for Holstein Kiel events and installations. Collaborating on network management and providing 2nd level support for technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Du konfigurierst und betreibst Netzwerkkomponenten, Router- und Switching-Systeme sowie Firewalls und VPN.
- Installationen im Rechenzentrum und bei Kund:innen.
- Netzwerkmanagement, -überwachung und -dokumentation.
- Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen im 2nd Level.
- Erkennung möglicher Störungen mithilfe vorhandener Tools und Einleitung entsprechender Maßnahmen.
Requirements
- Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, ein technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich TCP/IP.
- Erfahrung mit Routingprotokollen.
- Grundkenntnisse in der Konfiguration und Betrieb von Access Technik auf Basis von VDSL/Ethernet oder Zertifizierungen im Netzwerkbereich (z. B. Cisco, CCNA).
