About the role

• Recruitment Analyst managing end-to-end selection processes for Tirolez. Conducting interviews and promoting the company image as a great workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (profile alignment, job opening/posting, screening, candidate outreach, market mapping) for the corporate unit and strategic positions;
• Conduct interviews at various levels;
• Responsible for managing candidate experience evaluations of the recruitment process (from both candidate and hiring manager perspectives);
• Promote the organization's employer brand and position it as an attractive place to work;

Requirements

• Preferred: experience or knowledge in Recruitment and Selection;
• Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
• Preferred skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
• Preferred: experience with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
