Responsibilities
- Own the infrastructure - Manage on-prem servers, Mediatel systems, and 400–500 GSM gateways supporting Cashalo's agent operations.
- Lead active projects - Drive delivery of projects like a firewall replacement, RADIUS/AD/Meraki Wi-Fi migration, and zero trust network rollout.
- Manage cloud and identity - Handle user provisioning, MDM, and cloud tooling with a focus on access control and security hygiene.
- Own IT compliance - Lead audit preparation and execution, maintaining a consistently high standard of IT governance.
- Drive vendor delivery - Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure projects with urgency and rigour.
